The approach

Boots on the ground,
start to finish.

Five steps, one accountable partner. We learn how your business runs, build what fits, and train your team in person until working with AI is second nature.

Why it works this way

Most AI advice ends with a slide deck and a list of tools. We stay from the first interview until your team runs the new way of working on its own, and then we stay on call.

The five phases

01

Assess

On-site. We learn how your business actually runs before we recommend anything.

What happens
We spend time at your locations, interview the owner and staff role by role, walk through how work really moves, and take stock of the tools you already pay for.
What you get
An AI opportunity map: where the hours go, what is worth automating and what isn’t, ranked by return and effort, with a recommended first project.
Who’s involved
Owners or leadership, plus a cross-section of the people who do the work.

02

Revamp

Fix the foundation everything else will stand on.

What happens
We clean up the tools and data the rest depends on: your website, customer records, phones, email and scheduling setup, and shared documents.
What you get
A working foundation, and a plan for how customers find you today, in search and in AI answer engines.
Who’s involved
Your office lead, plus whoever owns your website and accounts.

03

Build

One workflow at a time, fitted to the tools your team already uses.

What happens
We build the automations, AI assistants, integrations or software from the plan, with human checkpoints wherever judgment matters. We test on real work, and run the old and new ways side by side with a way back before anything switches over.
What you get
Working systems, documented in plain language, that your team has seen work on its own jobs.
Who’s involved
The people who will use each workflow, at every step.

04

Adopt

Training that sticks, in person, for everyone.

Regular AI use is sharply higher among employees with 5+ hours of training and access to in-person coaching. BCG, “AI at Work: Momentum Builds, but Gaps Remain,” 2025

What happens
Hands-on sessions at your workplace, role by role, in small groups, on real tasks. We give extra time to anyone who wants it, and we stay through the transition until the new way is the normal way.
What you get
A confident team, a plain-language guide for every role, and an internal champion who knows the system.
Who’s involved
Every employee who touches the new workflows.

05

Scale

We stay on, and the next workflow comes faster.

What happens
Ongoing support, check-ins on what’s being used and what isn’t, refinements as your business changes, and the next opportunity from the map when you are ready.
What you get
A person to call, systems that keep working, and a roadmap that grows with you.
Who’s involved
You decide the pace.

How we work

A few rules we don’t bend.

  • People decideAI drafts, sorts and prepares. Decisions that matter stay with your team.
  • Fit, don’t replaceWe build around the tools and habits your team already has, not a new system to learn from scratch.
  • Smallest thing that worksSometimes the answer is a setting in a tool you already own, not custom software.
  • Honest callsWe tell you what isn’t worth automating, too.
  • Yours to keepYour accounts, your data, your documentation. Nothing is locked to us.

Questions

What owners ask us first.

Will AI replace my staff?

That’s not what we build. We take tasks off people, not people off payroll: the repetitive work goes to AI, and the time your team gets back goes to customers, sales and the work only they can do. Staffing decisions always stay yours.

Some of my team aren’t technical at all.

That’s who we design for. Training is in person, on the real tasks each role does, at a pace that works. Everyone gets a plain-language guide, and we stay until people are faster with the new way than the old one.

We already use ChatGPT. Do we need this?

If your team already uses AI tools on their own, we help you set up shared, approved tools with clear rules about what information can go where.

What about our data and privacy?

We map where your data lives and who can reach it before anything is built. Tools are set up with access controls, and sensitive work can stay on hardware your business owns, which we install and operate for you.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

It depends on your size and what the assessment finds. After the assessment you get a written plan with the scope and price of each phase, and nothing is built until you approve it.

Do you work remotely?

Assessment and training happen on-site. Between visits, building and support can happen remotely, and you always have a person to call.
